Curriculum Specialist

Next IT is looking for the ideal candidate to fill the role of Natural Language Model Curriculum Specialist.This position provides training on our natural language model building and refinement processes to internal and external audiences.In this role you will generate training materials and develop the curriculum for all natural language model training, provide feedback to appropriate managers on progress made by trainees, as well as providing recommendations for software improvements to the appropriate product teams.This position participates in migration planning and is responsible for working with other departments to roll out migration plans to the appropriate personnel, including documenting and training implementation and maintenance teams on the necessary changes.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must understand or have experience building technical training materials and curriculum.Excellent communication and technical writing skills are a must.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 3-5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
