Next IT is seeking a skilled Project Manager with large project experience to be responsible for the overall relationship management of assigned client accounts ensuring Next IT is able to deliver quality projects and services on time and within budget through effective use of Next IT resources.

In this role you will act as a bridge between the customer, stakeholders, and the solution team, manage the overall relationship and expectations of assigned clients, interface with various internal teams to meet client and organizational goals, and authorize work completed for assigned clients. The candidate will also handle oversight and coordination of all overlapping project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables for assigned client projects, research and recommend enhancements and tools that facilitate improvement in information accessibility and usability, and facilitate the creation of a team environment.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must have Project Manager experience, ideally managing complex software implementations, the ability to understand complex business and implementation processes, strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical/problem solving skills, experience in working with and through people to achieve organizational and project goals and strong presentation skills. The candidate must have the ability to gather and document requirements, to analyze and document processes, and to work independently at client sites working with all levels of personnel as well as experience developing use cases. The candidate must also have experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Project) and be willing to travel.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field and 4-6 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

CBAP certification, PMP or CAPM certification, domain driven design experience, and Software/Database development experience preferred.
