Next IT Expands Global Reach with New Partnership in Brazil

HelpWin brings Next IT Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) technology to one of the world’s fastest growing economies to provide innovative customer service to millions.

SPOKANE, WA (July 25, 2012) – The need for perfect, scalable customer service is especially acute in fast-growth economies. Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) meet that need for customer-focused companies in Brazil, driving double-digit year over year growth. Next IT, the world’s leading provider of IVAs, has announced a new partnership between its wholly-owned subsidiary, SPKN Virtual Assistencia LTDA, and HelpWin Tecnologia E Participacoes LTDA. As a result, Next IT IVA technology will now be available to provide world class customer service to companies in South America under the Next IT Brasil brand.

Backed by successful entrepreneur Edsa Sampaio, HelpWin is the licensed reseller of Next IT products and services in Brazil. This partnership expands Next IT’s presence in a key market and strengthens Next IT’s foreign language offerings.

“The demand for high-touch, high-quality online service is a universal customer need,” said Fred Brown, CEO of Next IT. “We provide our customers a world-class product and a fast-track to launch. Through this partnership, we’ll have an even stronger global voice.”

Latin and South America are making major advances in information technology and networked readiness, giving first-movers a decided advantage. According to The Global Information Technology Report released by the World Economic Forum, Brazil is a converging technology adopter and is in a prime position to take advantage of the most innovative customer-facing technologies.

“Next IT’s IVA technology is second to none – and most impressive when you put it to the test and see it in action,” said Sampaio. “This partnership brings world-class intelligence and experience in the natural language processing space to a market that is hungry for innovation. I am very excited about this investment and believe it is a win-win situation.”

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, HelpWin sales efforts will be led by Marcos Davidiuk, a technology and marketing industry veteran formerly with Wunderman and Cisco Systems.
