A Year in Review: Next IT’s Top Ten IVA Accomplishments for 2013

As we wrap up yet another year, it is a time for reflection, a time to look back and relish in the highlights. At home with my children, I started a new tradition for year-end memory sharing. At the start of 2013, I set out a jar and some strips of paper to write down and collect our favorite moments – like my five year old learning to read or my two year old learning the alphabet. As we kick off 2014, we will sit down together and share these memories – as many times the little things can be forgotten.

I decided to apply the same concept at work. Our intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs) reach new milestones daily, and this time of year lends itself to retrospection. Now, I’m not going to bore you with an entire jar of memories about what our IVAs achieved over the course of the year. Instead, I’ve broken them down into a very digestible top-ten list. Our intelligent virtual assistants are hard at work every day helping organizations save money and make money – providing an efficient solution that drives an improved user experience.

In addition, this past year we received an award that we are especially proud of – a Lead Product Recognition Award from the Future of Health Technology Institute. This institute was established to identify the technologies that hold the most promise for improving the quality of healthcare and to define the fields of health-technology research most needed to meet future health challenges – so we feel very grateful and honored.

It’s been a great year, and we look forward to what the future holds for 2014!

So, without further ado, here’s a list of our IVAs’ top ten accomplishments in 2013 to reflect upon and celebrate.
