Spokane, Wash., June 2, 2011: Next IT, a leading provider of conversational Virtual Employees for customer service, is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Hamilton to its board of directors.
Mr. Hamilton brings his experience as a former senior managing partner at Accenture, one of the world's largest and most successful consulting and outsourcing firms. At Accenture, he specialized in client operational and technology management issues, managed of one of the firm's Pacific-region operating divisions, and led the restructuring of global operations to prepare Accenture for transition from a private partnership to a publicly-owned corporation.
An active member of the Spokane business community, Mr. Hamilton also chairs the Spokane Airports Board Personnel Committee, is a member of the board of Mobius Spokane, working to bring a new science center to the area.

Mr. Hamilton received a B.S degree from the University of Montana and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He served as a U.S. Air Force officer from 1967 to 1971 and has been an active pilot for over 40 years with commercial, multi-engine, instrument, and seaplane ratings. His available time is focused on aviation - working on antique airplanes, flying for Lighthawk (an environmentally-focused volunteer group), and flying in a Stearman (biplane) formation team performing at air-shows and community events several times a year.
