An example of one of Next IT’s key implementations in Latin America is TAM Airlines’ intelligent virtual assistant, Julia. TAM, Brazil’s largest airline, partnered with Next IT just over two years ago to improve the online experience for customers and allow them to self-serve in an intuitive, seamless way. Julia was launched on TAM’s website in 2013 to provide fast, friendly resolution to TAM’s customers any time of day or night. To date, Julia has answered over 16.2 million questions with a 90% success rate.
Due to its growth in the Latin American market, Next IT has opened an office in Brazil to better serve its clients in the region.
