TMT News covers innovation and trends at the intersection of technology, media and telecommunications, areas in which we at Next IT are also very active. We consider the award as validation of our work in these markets, especially our efforts over the past year to help enterprise customers take advantage of the many opportunities emerging with AI.
In 2016, we’ve seen AI begin to become more mainstream for many businesses as major players opened up their platforms to development, and the enterprise developed more robust strategies for AI across their organization. From the rapid rise in bots to the development more sophisticated digital agents, Next IT has been focused on leveraging our years of experience and expertise with these technologies to benefit our customers as they approach this fundamental shift in business to AI.
The TMT Technology Award adds to the recognitions we have this year for our award-winning intelligent virtual assistants in sectors ranging from travel and finance to Telecom and government agencies. This included recognition from Frost & Sullivan as the sole recipient of their “2016 Global Technology Innovation Award: Conversational A.I. and Intelligent Assistants.” Among our other initiatives this year, Next IT became the first enterprise AI platform to offer broad support for bots on Amazon, Facebook Messenger, and Twilio SMS.
