Opus Research ranked Verint’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) among the top intelligent assistant solutions in the industry in a recent report.
That report, “Decision Makers’ Guide to Enterprise Intelligent Assistants,” is recognized as a comprehensive assessment of today’s technologies for automated virtual assistants and digital self-service solutions.
This is the third consecutive year that Verint’s IVA solution has been recognized in the report, this time around for its perfect scores in intelligence maturity, its overall track record, as well as its ability to enable platforms and technologies.
“We are honored that Opus has recognized our success in helping customers find the balance between improving customer experience while reducing costs,” said Michael Southworth, general manager of Verint Intelligent Self-Service. “Intelligent Assistant solutions are playing a key role in achieving this delicate balance by empowering the customer through self-service while driving knowledge intelligently across contact center touch points to enhance agent performance and improve the customer experience.”
